The Virginia College and Career Outcomes Explorer is an analytical tool designed to provide insights into the employment and career outcomes of graduates from Virginia's institutions of higher education. This tool encompasses career data on over 650,000 graduates from Virginia's higher education institutions across a wide range of fields from academic and non-credit cohorts spanning 2008-2022. Engage visual data highlighting a graduate's initial industry and job placement, career and industry progression after one, four, and eight years of employment, and the skills graduates disclose on professional social profiles. This tool is valuable for understanding how post-secondary education has created career opportunities in the Virginia labor market. It seeks to aid educators, policymakers, and workforce planners in understanding higher education's impact on career access in Virginia.
